Marc Schraeder Senior Researcher
Marc Schraeder has been working in the recruiting services and executive search industries for more than ten years. Originally trained as a banker and an economist, his work has focused on R&D-driven industries with a particular emphasis on communications and information technologies. At Dierkes Associates, Mr. Schaeder is responsible for search strategy development, identification and qualification of candidates as well as for managing large-scale multi-market search projects and the research coordination these require.
